I have over a decade of professional experience in the healing arts spanning counseling, coaching, psychotherapy, bodywork, energy-work, psychedelic psychotherapy & integration, group facilitation, and conflict mediation/engagement. I work with adults, couples, and people in all relationship formations (multiple romantic partners, siblings, adult children & parents, etc.).
I am an LCSW licensed in New York #096283 and New Mexico #SWB-2024-0921. I received my Masters in Social Work (MSW) from the Silver School of Social Work at New York University.As an LMSW, I accrued hours towards my clinical licensure under supervision at Brooklyn Somatic Therapy, supporting clients in NYC navigating the challenges of high stress professions and personal lives with a focus on supporting clients to craft more fulfilling and balanced lives as well as process trauma stored and expressed in their bodies. I concurrently completed a two year post-graduate training in Hakomi, a mindfulness-centered Somatic Psychotherapy. I am trained in Ketamine Assisted Psychotherapy (KAP) and incorporate Psychedelic Psychotherapy & Integration into my work with some clients.
Prior to this, I provided individual and group therapy as well as case management at the Lower Eastside Service Center in NYC, an outpatient/inpatient methadone clinic and drug treatment program. I supported women who struggle with opiate addiction and co-occurring PTSD. I also worked at Blanton-Peale Institute and Counseling Center in NYC, supporting individuals with a wide array of challenges including attachment trauma, personality disorders, suicidality, and addiction.
I previously worked at The Lotus Collaborative and Mid-Peninsula Eating Disorder Clinic, in California, supporting individuals struggling with eating disorders and negative body image, and leading groups for women seeking to find a stronger sense of self and embodiment.
I helped form YARR (Your Allied Rapid Response), a rapid response team to support undocumented immigrants in Santa Cruz, CA. And I was a conflict engagement facilitator for social & environmental justice groups seeking to address conflict within organizing, using a Nonviolent Communication and Restorative Justice lens.
I studied Counseling and Coaching at Interchange Counseling Institute in San Francisco. I was also a Certified Massage Practitioner (CMP) in California, trained in Polarity Therapy and Massage through the Cypress Health Institute in Santa Cruz, California. I received my BA in Philosophy, from University of California, Santa Cruz and studied Ecopsychology with Sierra Institute throughout the California wilderness.
