​Clients in New Mexico and New York 
I offer psychotherapy as an LCSW (Licensed Clinical Social Worker) for clients in New Mexico and New York. As an out-of-network provider, if you are a resident of NM or NY you can be significantly reimbursed for my services by insurance plans that provide out-of-network benefits, including Blue Cross/Blue Shield, Aetna, Cigna, and United Healthcare. Usually this involves submitting a claim form and billing statement to your insurance which details the services rendered, diagnosis, etc. I will provide you with monthly statements (called superbills). If you are not sure if you have out-of-network benefits, call your insurance and ask these questions:

• Do I have out-of-network coverage for outpatient psychotherapy (CPT Code 90834)?
• What is my deductible? Has any of it been met yet?
• What is my coinsurance? (This will be the percentage that your insurance company will pay after you meet your deductible)

Clients in all other locations 
I offer counseling & coaching to individuals and relationships across the globe. All clients not in NY or NM and those who do not have out-of-network benefits pay out of pocket.

Location of Sessions
​I offer in person and hybrid sessions for clients in Santa Fe, New Mexico and remote zoom and phone sessions for all other clients. ​
